Education:  Engineering student at Armour Institute in Chicago, post graduate studies Daimler Motoren Aktiengesellschaft

1908: Secretary, vice president and general manager of Bristol Engineering

1913: Commercial manager, vice president of Nordyke and Marmon in Indianapolis, IN

1924: Vice president of HH Franklin Automobile Co in Syracuse, NY
